Welcome to our new members Neil Barber, Kuya Minogue, Caroline Wegner and Janette Kulicki! We hope you all enjoy being a Hospice member!
Another AGM has come and gone, and we have a new slate of officers:
The Knights of Columbus have presented us with a donation of $200. Many thanks to all of you in that organization.
Hopefully the Quilting Guild will have our quilt ready for us sometime in March, and at that time we'll have to get busy selling tickets! More later.
A reminder that the absolute final deadline for 2010 dues is April 30th, although our treasurer will be most happy to accept any monies prior to that date!
And another reminder: There will be no telephone reminders for volunteer meetings. If you want a Subway sandwich, call Mary Dyck by the Tuesday evening before the meeting.

~ Of all the people you will know in a lifetime, you are the only one you will never leave or lose. To the questions of your life, you are the only answer. To the problems of your life, you are the only solution.
~ Many political campaign promises could be classified as fantasy fiction.
~ Procrastinators should bear in mind that the longer they warm up the engine, the less gas is left for the trip.
~ People who succeed simply remain enthusiastic longer than those who fail.
~ You don't have to know how to sing - merely wanting to makes the day brighter.
~ The two biggest sellers in any bookstore are the cookbooks and the diet books. One tell how to prepare food, and the other how not to eat any of it!
I have learned to live each day as it comes, and not to borrow trouble by dreading tomorrow.
